• If you are using the Services on behalf of a company or organization, you represent that you have the authority to bind that entity to these Terms.
• You must be at least 18 years old, or the age of majority in your jurisdiction, to use the Services.

We grant you a limited, revocable, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to access and use the Services solely for your internal business purposes.

• You agree not to reverse engineer, decompile, or otherwise attempt to derive the source code of the Services.
• You may not use the Services in any manner that infringes, misappropriates, or otherwise violates any intellectual property right or other right of any person.
• You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activities that occur under your account.

Certain Services may require payment of fees. You agree to pay all fees and applicable taxes associated with your use of the paid Services.

• Subscription plans automatically renew unless canceled in accordance with the applicable plan terms.
• We may update pricing upon reasonable notice, and your continued use of the Services constitutes acceptance of the new fees.
• All fees are non-refundable except where required by law or explicitly stated otherwise.

GetFoundry retains all rights, title, and interest in and to the Services, including all related intellectual property rights.

• You may provide feedback or suggestions about the Services. We may use such feedback without restriction or obligation to you.
• All content generated through the Services remains your responsibility; you must ensure you have the rights to use any input or output data.

The Services are provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied.

• To the fullest extent permitted by law, GetFoundry disclaims all warranties, including implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement.
• In no event will GetFoundry be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or any loss of profits or revenues.
• Our total liability for any claim arising out of or relating to the Services will not exceed the amount you have paid to us for the Services during the twelve (12) months preceding the event giving rise to the claim.
